Data we collect
Account details, profile preferences, dossier answers, document metadata, consent events, tracking events when permitted, payments metadata, and audit logs.
Sensitive data minimization
MyPaperwork does not store uploaded document contents. It stores only metadata such as document name, type, whether you say you have it, and optional notes.
AI processing
When AI features are enabled, submitted text may be processed by the configured AI provider. Do not enter information that is not needed for the dossier.
Your rights
You may request access, export, correction, deletion, or account deletion by contacting MyPaperwork. Some data may be retained when required for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Retention
We keep account, dossier, consent, payment, and audit data only for as long as needed to provide the service, protect users, meet obligations, and handle support requests.
Vendors
MyPaperwork may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, analytics when consented, and AI processing. Non-essential analytics and marketing tools are blocked until consent.
